There is no proper response for how to arrange the product
I haven’t got the Sam product which I have ordered and also this is damaged one
Awesome Fountain. Very handy and perfect to enhance your corner space
I received the fountain on 30th or 31st July'21 along with the pillar stand. The product (fountain)as a whole is amazing, best form of decor for a living room. Initially it did the job and I kept changing the water time to time. For the past one week I've been facing many issues:
1. Water flow is very minimal and not proper at all, like in droplets only.
2. At some point it just stopped flowing though the motor was working.
3. No proper instructions given which kind of scared me abit on the maintenance part.
I really hope some one will address my concern and look into it asap. I've shared few videos to Greymode Instagram handle.
But u r product really awesome, it's nearly 3 kg weight I like u r product
