What is recieved is a lackluster copy of what is advertised

The recieved product lacks the finishing and attention to details that is shown in the advertised product on the website.
The yaanai - elephants lack the facial structure and just resemble a blob. No clear distinction of features. The maadu us slightly better but it is also not what is advertised.
