There is no proper response for how to arrange the product
I do not recommend their uruli, especially the elephant uruli. I purchased it 3 months ago, and when I opened the box, I found that the elephant was wrapped in bubble wrap, but the paint was stuck to it because it wasn’t fully dried. After using it, I realized it’s not user-friendly at all. The maintenance is a hassle. Every time I need to change the water, I notice worms in it, which is quite unpleasant. The elephant is submerged in water, causing the paint to peel off. Additionally, the uruli is extremely heavy, overpriced, and holds only a small amount of water. Because of this, the water quickly changes color and even attracts more worms.
I reached out to the company about these issues, but they neither refunded nor replaced the product. I’m very disappointed with their service. If you’re considering purchasing this uruli, please think carefully before making your decision. I would not recommend buying this product from them.
